B/R BROADCAST DESIGN / EVENT PACKAGES

2021, BROADCAST

A collection of broadcast packages created for Bleacher Report and TNT Sports, each developed to give a unique visual identity to special events and live shows. From basketball to golf, the goal was to design systems that felt tailored, cohesive, and broadcast-ready — adaptable across lower thirds, transitions, and on-screen storytelling.

Every package balanced the energy of live sports with B/R’s design-forward approach, building visual foundations that could evolve from social promotion to full digital broadcast experiences.

LEBRON JAMES: 20 YEARS OF GREATNESS

2022 / BROADCAST, EVENT

Created as part of a special Bleacher Report and TNT Sports broadcast celebrating LeBron James’ 20th season in the NBA, 20 Years of Greatness paid tribute to two decades of iconic moments through fan-voted highlights, interviews, and commentary from teammates and players across the league.

The visual identity took cues from the idea of a scrapbook — a collected record of greatness — as if someone had been documenting LeBron’s journey in real time. Layered textures, hand-cut typography, and regal motifs like crowns, laurels, and lions came together to create a look that felt both personal and celebratory. The system extended across on-air graphics, social promotion, and show assets, giving the broadcast a distinctive, crafted personality true to LeBron’s legacy.

GRASS CLIPPINGS OPEN

2024 / BROADCAST

The Grass Clippings Open marked Bleacher Report’s first foray into the emerging world of night golf—a high-energy, par-3 tournament held under the lights at Grass Clippings Rolling Hills in Tempe, Arizona. In partnership with the Grass League, the event reimagined golf as a more social, accessible, and electric experience.

Our team developed the full brand identity and broadcast graphics package for the event, creating a look that broke away from golf’s traditional tropes. The system combined bold geometric forms inspired by the movement of the ball, a vibrant palette reflecting the glow of the night course, and a photography direction designed to feel more “club energy” than country club. The result was a visual world that matched the spirit of the event—fast, youthful, and made for the next generation of golf fans.
